cedar-plover is committed to processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information regarding the processing.

You may request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten").

2.7. Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR – Granted consent
• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR – Performance of a contract
• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR – Legal obligation
• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR – Legitimate interest of the controller

6. Recipients of Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

7. Data Transfer Outside the EEA
