These Terms of Service define the rules for using the cedar-plover.com website and the services offered by cedar-plover.

Submitting the registration form does not constitute a contract, but an offer to conclude one. The contract is concluded after the Service Provider confirms acceptance of the registration.
All prices provided in the Service are in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Detailed payment conditions, including deadlines and payment methods, will be individually determined and communicated to the User after registration confirmation.
A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of concluding the contract without giving reasons and without incurring costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has started with the express consent of the User before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Complaints regarding the rendered services can be submitted:
A complaint should include a description of the problem, the date it occurred, and the User's expectations.
The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 working days of receipt and inform the User about the manner of its resolution.
All content published in the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, photos, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider or is used on the basis of appropriate licenses.
The User may not copy, distribute, or use Service content in any way without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Service is current and reliable, but does not take responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies.
The programs offered by the Service Provider are educational and developmental in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences of decisions made by the User based on the information contained in the Service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service. Users will be informed about all changes by publishing a new version in the Service.
Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Service Provider, but not earlier than 7 days from the date of publication.
In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent under Polish law.
